By accessing or using Noblix ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Noblix provides a match prediction league platform for World Cup 2026. You can create or join leagues, make predictions on match outcomes, and compete on leaderboards. The Service is offered "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to harass others, impersonate anyone, spread malware, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate your account and access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or abused the Service.

5. Leagues and Predictions

League creators may set rules (e.g., scoring, visibility). Predictions lock at the time stated in the Service (e.g., 1 hour before kickoff). We use the match results as entered by authorized administrators to calculate scores. We are not responsible for prizes or rewards offered by third parties or league creators.

6. Premium and Payments

Optional paid features (e.g., Premium subscription) are subject to the payment terms presented at purchase (e.g., Stripe). Refunds are handled according to those terms and applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and content (other than user-generated content), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
